A quick 30-minute honey garlic glazed salmon recipe—crispy, tender, and flavor-packed. Perfect for any season!

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on for best crispiness
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Salmon

  • Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Keeping the skin on helps achieve that irresistible crisp texture.

Make the Glaze

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside. This glaze is the star of the dish—sweet, garlicky, and perfectly balanced.

Sear the Salmon

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crisp.

Glaze and Finish

  • Flip the fillets carefully and brush half of the honey garlic glaze on top. Cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Serve

  • Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon just before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped green onions for a pop of color and flavor.
