Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3-4 large potatoes thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Beef Base: Brown the ground beef with diced onions and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Layer: Spread the beef mixture in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
