French Onion Rice

If you’re a fan of onions and rice, you’ll absolutely LOVE this French Onion Rice! With only 4 simple ingredients, this easy side dish is a must-try!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain rice not instant
  • 10 oz Campbell’s French Onion Soup
  • 10 oz beef broth
  • 1/2 cup butter sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. In an 8x8-inch baking dish, combine the rice, French Onion Soup, and beef broth.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Place the slices of butter evenly on top of the rice mixture.
  • Cover the dish tightly with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
