Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. In an 8x8-inch baking dish, combine the rice, French Onion Soup, and beef broth.
Stir to mix.
Place the slices of butter evenly on top of the rice mixture.
Cover the dish tightly with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
