Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon cubed
  • 2 Medium beets peeled and halved
  • 1 cup Sweet cherries pitted
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries hulled
  • ½ cup Fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup Red currants optional, for tartness
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare all fruits and vegetables by washing thoroughly and removing pits, stems, and peels as needed.
  • Juicer Method: Feed the ingredients into your juicer in this order: beets, cherries, berries, and finally the watermelon.
  • Blender Method: Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add ½ cup of cold water if needed to get things moving. Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh sieve.
