Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

  • 10 oz 300 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cups 360 ml heavy cream
  • ½ cup 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley plus more for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.

Sear the Chicken Bites

  • Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Add butter and minced garlic; cook for 1–2 more minutes until aromatic.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  • Let the sauce thicken for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Combine Pasta and Sauce

  • Add drained pasta to the creamy sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Stir in chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve

  • Plate the creamy pasta and top with garlic butter chicken bites.
  • Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot.
