This isn’t just a simple snack; it’s a tiny, frozen piece of heaven that hits every single craving without the guilt. These Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites take the classic trio of banana, nut butter, and dark chocolate and turn them into a gourmet-style treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large bananas sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • ¼ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  • Lay half of the banana slices on the parchment paper and top each with about ½ teaspoon of peanut butter.
  • Place the remaining banana slices on top to create mini sandwiches.
  • Freeze the sandwiches for 30–60 minutes until the peanut butter is firm.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Using a fork, dip each banana sandwich into the chocolate until fully coated.
  • Place back on the parchment paper and sprinkle immediately with sea salt.
  • Freeze for another 30 minutes until the chocolate shell is hard. Store in a freezer bag.
