A festive and creamy breakfast that combines the health benefits of oats with the fun flavor of a birthday celebration.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles divided
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a jar or container, mix the oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  • Pour in the milk, yogurt, extracts, and sweetener. Stir until well combined.
  • Fold in half of the rainbow sprinkles.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, stir well and top with an extra dollop of yogurt and the remaining sprinkles.
