This dish is the epitome of cozy comfort food—tender shredded chicken and vibrant broccoli florets are swaddled in a rich, velvety cheese sauce, then topped with salty, shattered bits of crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets steamed and drained
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the bowl. Toss until well-coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and starting to brown around the edges.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to set.
