Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt
  • 1 cup imitation crab finely shredded
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo mayonnaise mixed with sriracha
  • 2 tbsp unagi sauce sushi sauce
  • ¼ cup crispy fried onions or tempura crunch

Instructions
