Ingredients

  • Teriyaki Soy sauce rice wine vinegar, honey, ginger Sweet, savory, and classic
  • Balsamic Balsamic vinegar honey, whole-grain mustard, garlic, red pepper flakes Tangy and sweet with a hint of spice

Instructions

  • Choose your desired marinade from the list provided above.
  • Whisk all ingredients for that specific marinade together in a small bowl or combine them directly in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Add approximately 1 lb of chicken (thighs or breasts) to the bag, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated.
  • Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and place in the refrigerator.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
  • Cook as desired (grill, bake, or pan-fry) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
