Whether you’re rushing out the door or looking for a guilt-free afternoon treat, these Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are the ultimate solution. These handheld delights feature a creamy Greek yogurt base topped with a colorful medley of chilled berries and a satisfying crunch of granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup Mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ½ cup Granola
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with vanilla and honey (if using).
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly into the muffin liners.
  • Gently press 2-3 pieces of fruit into the top of each yogurt cup.
  • Sprinkle granola over the top, pressing it lightly into the yogurt to secure it.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  • Remove from liners and serve immediately.
