When the heat waves start rolling in, there is nothing quite like a tall, sweating glass of this Hibiscus Tea Strawberry-Lemonade. It is the ultimate refresher—vibrant, tart, and just sweet enough to keep you coming back for another sip.

Ingredients

  • 4 Hibiscus tea bags or ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups Boiling water
  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice approx. 4–5 lemons
  • ½ cup Honey or Simple Syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups Cold water or Sparkling water
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries sliced
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Steep hibiscus tea in 4 cups of boiling water for 8 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sweetener while warm.
  • Allow the tea to cool completely in the refrigerator.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and cold water.
  • Fill glasses with ice and a few slices of fresh strawberries.
  • Pour the lemonade over the ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and an extra strawberry on the rim.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing chill!
