With just four simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch of chewy, vibrant treats that are naturally sweetened and packed with hidden nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice apple, grape, or pomegranate
  • ¼ cup veggie purée spinach, cooked carrots, or beets
  • 3 tbsp unflavored grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the fruit juice and veggie purée until perfectly smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a cold saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • Place the pan over low heat and whisk constantly for 2–3 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the honey or maple syrup.
  • Using a dropper, carefully fill your silicone molds with the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the snacks are firm to the touch.
  • Pop the snacks out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
