Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries or strawberries
  • ½ Ripe banana sliced
  • ¼ cup Blueberries fresh
  • 4-5 Strawberries fresh and sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk or almond milk as needed
  • Optional: 1 tsp Honey for sweetness

Instructions

  • Place the Greek yogurt and frozen fruit into a high-speed blender.
  • Add a splash of milk and blend on high, using a tamper to push the fruit down until a thick, smooth consistency is reached.
  • Taste the mixture; if it's too tart, pulse in the honey.
  • Pour the thick smoothie mixture into a bowl and smooth out the top with a spoon.
  • Arrange the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and remaining banana slices in decorative rows on top.
  • Serve immediately while cold and thick.
