This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is a rich, gooey chocolate loaf made with brownie mix and hot fudge sauce. Simple, indulgent, and perfect for dessert or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 jars 12 oz each hot fudge sauce
  • 1 box brownie mix standard size
  • 1/2 cup additional hot fudge sauce for topping

Instructions

Preheat and Prep the Pan

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mix the Batter

  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, canola oil, the two jars of hot fudge sauce, and the brownie mix. Stir until well blended and smooth—make sure there are no dry spots or lumps.

Pour and Bake

  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are fine).

Cool the Bread

  • Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes, then remove and transfer to a wire rack.

Add the Topping

  • While the bread is still warm, pour the additional 1/2 cup of hot fudge sauce over the top, letting it drip slightly over the edges.

Slice and Serve

  • Slice and serve warm for gooey texture, or let cool completely for a firmer slice.
