Ingredients

For the Vanilla Black Tea:

  • 400 ml filtered water
  • 2 –3 teaspoons Sirocco vanilla black tea or your preferred vanilla-infused black tea

For the Homemade Lemonade:

  • 15 g sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 50 g fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Cold-Steep the Vanilla Black Tea

  • In a glass jar or container, combine the filtered water and vanilla black tea. Stir gently, cover, and let steep overnight in the fridge (at least 8 hours). This cold brew method creates a smooth, mellow flavor with zero bitterness.

Step 2: Make the Lemonade

  • In a small bowl or jug, dissolve the sugar in warm water. Allow it to cool completely before adding the fresh lemon juice. Stir to combine. This will be your zesty, homemade lemonade base.

Step 3: Build Your Glass

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add about 150 ml of lemonade, adjusting the amount based on the size of your glass and desired sweetness. Add a few fresh lemon slices for extra zing and presentation.

Step 4: Top with Vanilla Black Tea
