Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta rotini, penne, or your choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

  • Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to combine. Slowly add the milk while stirring to create a creamy base. Let the sauce thicken.

Step 3: Add Flavor

Step 4: Combine and Melt

  • Add cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is evenly coated.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Dish out your loaded pasta hot and garnish with extra bacon or cheese if desired.
