Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Mix the Topping

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 3: Prepare the Chicken

  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish in a single layer. If some are particularly thick, consider butterflying or pounding them slightly for even cooking.
