Make a tropical Ocean Smoothie Bowl with frozen fruit and spirulina. Vibrant, healthy, and ready in 5 minutes – perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ teaspoon blue spirulina powder
  • ¼ teaspoon green spirulina powder
  • Splash of milk any variety – almond, oat, coconut, etc., as needed

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Base

  • Add frozen banana, frozen mango, blue spirulina, and green spirulina to your high-speed blender.
  • Add a small splash of milk to help the blending process — just enough to get things moving.

Step 2: Blend Until Creamy

  • Blend on high, using your tamper if needed, or stop and scrape down the sides occasionally. The mixture should be thick, smooth, and spoonable — like soft-serve ice cream.

Step 3: Serve and Top

  • Scoop your ocean-blue smoothie into a bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon. Add your favorite toppings (see below for ideas) and dig in immediately!
