Pizza Chips Recipe

These pizza chips are quick, easy, and bursting with cheesy, savory goodness—perfect for a snack, party appetizer, or keto-friendly treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese use low-moisture mozzarella for the crispiest results
  • 50 slices of mini pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning mix
  • Marinara sauce optional, for dipping
  • Mini muffin pan

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the mini muffin pan to prevent sticking.

Assemble the Pizza Chips

  • Add 2 to 2.5 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese into each cup of the mini muffin pan. This will be the base of your chips.
  • Place 3-4 mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each cup. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning for a flavorful touch. Feel free to experiment with other seasonings for a custom flavor.

Bake

  • Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese becomes golden brown and bubbly.

Cool and Serve

  • Remove the pan from the oven and let the pizza chips cool for about 5 minutes at room temperature. This helps them firm up and become crisp. Gently remove the chips from the muffin pan and transfer them to a serving tray.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve as-is or pair them with marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, or ranch dressing for dipping. While dipping is optional, the cheesy and pepperoni flavors are delicious on their own!
