There is something purely magical about the first scoop of Peanut Butter Greek Frozen Yogurt. It’s the kind of treat that feels like a total indulgence but secretly leaves you feeling incredible.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup toasted peanuts chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and completely incorporated.
  • Add the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Stir well until the sweetener is fully blended into the base.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover and freeze for 3–4 hours. For a smoother texture, stir the mixture once every hour to break up ice crystals.
  • Remove from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Scoop into bowls and garnish generously with chopped peanuts before serving.
