Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 lb raw jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp steak seasoning your favorite blend or homemade

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Steak and Shrimp

  • Pat steak and shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture (this helps them brown better).
  • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.

Step 2: Season and Marinate

  • In a large bowl, combine steak and shrimp with olive oil and steak seasoning.
  • Toss everything until evenly coated. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes if you have time.

Step 3: Assemble the Kabobs

  • Thread steak and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  • Ensure each skewer has a balance of meat and seafood and don’t pack them too tightly—space allows for even air flow in the fryer.

Step 4: Air Fry to Perfection

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place kabobs in a single layer in the basket. You may need to cook in batches.
  • Air fry for 3 minutes per side, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque and steak reaches your desired doneness.
