These Strawberry Mango Popsicles are made with real fruit for a refreshing and healthy summer treat! With a burst of strawberry and mango flavor, they’re naturally sweetened and perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cups cubed mango
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Instructions

  • Enhance the strawberries (optional): In a small pot over medium heat, cook the strawberries with lime juice and maple syrup for 5-10 minutes until softened. This step intensifies their flavor.
  • Blend the strawberry layer: Transfer the strawberry mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide evenly into popsicle molds, filling each halfway.
  • Prepare the mango layer: Clean the blender, then blend the mango cubes and orange juice until smooth. Pour the mango mixture over the strawberry layer in the molds.
  • Add swirls (optional): Use a knife or chopstick to create swirls in the popsicle molds for a fun marble effect.
  • Freeze: Cover the molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight.
  • Unmold and serve: Run the molds under warm water for about 30 seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out by the sticks.
