This Texas Roadhouse Pork Chop recipe is juicy, tender, and packed with bold flavor thanks to a savory marinade. Ready in under 30 minutes after marinating—perfect for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

Marinate the Pork Chops

  • Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag or airtight container. Pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Preheat Grill or Skillet

  • Heat grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.

Cook the Pork Chops

  • Remove pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Grill or sear each chop for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 145°F.

Rest and Serve

  • Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, green beans, or your favorite Southern sides.

Notes

Bone-in chops offer more flavor and moisture than boneless.
Don’t skip resting the meat—it locks in the juices.
Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
