Aloo Samosa Recipe

For Samosa dough mix maida, caraway seed, salt, oil, water.

Now knead the dough till stiff and non-sticky then rest for sometime.

Now for aloo samosa stuffing saute ginger garlic, cumin seed, onions,green chili for sometime.

Next mix mashed potatoes, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder.

Add green peas, coriander leaves, mix them together. 

Make a medium oval shape of equal thickness size oval shape then make into two halves

Now pour samosa filling in it, using a brush apply water at the edges of samosa sheets to seal it

Finally , fry aloo samosa one by one in oil in medium to low flame for around until one side becomes light brown colour

When both sides of samosa become light golden brown, take them out immediately and serve it hot
