Butter Chicken Recipe

Marinate chickens with salt, black pepper, oil, chili powder, vinegar, curd,turmeric powder, ginger garlic chili paste.

Saute onions in butter till translucent. 

Sprinkle salt, red chili powder,almonds, cashew, pour water and cook tomatoes till translucent.

1. Pour mixture in a blender and make smooth paste. 

Now cook marinated chickens in oil in medium high flame till golden brown. 

Place the fried chickens on kitchen tissue to drain excess oil.

1. Now for makhani gravy saute whole spices in butter along with chopped ginger garlic , green chili. 

1. Next pour makhani pure, kashmiri red chili powder, salt,sugar water and cook till makhani gravy thickens. 

1.Add chicken tikkas and simmer in this curry for sometimes.

Finally sprinkle , garam masala powder, coriander leaves, kauri methi and cream.
