Chicken 65 Recipe

 Marinate chickens with curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste.

Also add maida, cornflour, curry leaves and oil.

keep marinated chicken pieces in freezer.

Fried marinated chickens in medium high flame till cook both sides. 

Drain excess oil from crispy fried chicken on kitchen tissue. 

Saute cumin seed  ginger-garlic, green chilli, curry leaves in medium flame for some time. 

Pour red chili sauce, sugar, chili powder, salt.

Simmer the sauce in medium flame. 

1. Add fried chicken 65 and tossed in high flame. 2. Serve hot by garnishing fresh curry leaves.
