How to make chicken fried rice?
Here, is the complete chicken fried rice preparation classified into three simple categories first one is basic preparation for fried rice,

Preparation for fried rice
1. In a large bowl add 200 to 250 grams long grain basmati rice.
2. Then soak this long grain basmati rice in sufficient water for at least 30 to 40 min.
Cooking chicken for chicken fried rice
1. At first for cooking chicken for chicken fried rice recipe, pour 1 liter water in a deep kadai,sprinkle 1 tsp black pepper powder,1 tsp salt,mix all of them together.
2. Now add 4 garlic cloves,let the water boil for some time.
3. Then add boneless chicken pieces in the pan. and
4. Now cover the pan and boil chickens in medium to high flame for 10 to 15 min.
5. When chicken is cooked separate the chicken stock in a separate bowl and place the boil chickens in a plate,cut them into small cube shape.
6. After that,in a mixing bowl add chicken pieces,3 tbsp cornflour,1 tsp black pepper,1 tsp sat,2 tsp red chili powder.
7. Quick mix all of the spices together with chickens,then pour 1 tbsp soy sauce.
8. Mix it properly.
9. Now heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan.
10. Add this marinated chickens and fry them in medium to high flame for 3 to 4 min until it becomes crispy.
Note: At this stage set aside this fried chickens in a separate bowl for later usage.
Cooking rice for chicken fried rice
1. Now for cooking chicken fried rice restaurant style , pour chicken stock which we separated earlier in a deep bottom pan.
2. Then add 1 tsp salt in it,don’t add too much as chicken stock already has too much salt in it.
3. Next,add soaked rice and cook the rice till al-dente.
4. Check whether rice is cooked or not by pressing in between fingers.
5. Finally set aside this cooked rice in a large plat for later usage.
Making chicken fried rice with egg
1. Now for making chicken fried rice with egg , heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan in medium flame and add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic and saute them for another 1 to 2 min in medium flame.
2. After that 1 medium size chopped onions,2 chopped green chili,4 tbsp chopped carrots,4 tbsp chopped french beans,1 small chopped capsicum saute them together in medium flame for 3 to 4 min.
3. Next add 4 tbsp green peas,cook them together for another 3 to 4 min in medium flame.
Note: While cooking vegetables make sure veggies must be crunchy and retains it colur,don’t make them mushy.
4. After that sprinkle 1 tsp black pepper powder,1 tsp salt and mix them together.
5. Now crack 2 eggs on the side of the pan.
6. Scramble them and mix with veggies.
7. Finally add cooked rice,also sprinkle pinch of salt and black pepper and tossed rice in medium high flame for 2 to 3 min.
8. Furthermore add 1 tsp soy sauce,2 tsp vinegar mix them together.
9. Finally add our fried chicken pieces on this rice.
10. At the end our delicious restaurant style chicken fried rice recipe is ready,sprinkle 1 tsp of nutmeg powder and 1 tsp of mace powder before removing this fried rice from the stove,now serve hot with your desired gravy dish.
