Chilli Chicken Recipe

For cooking chilli chicken recipe in a bowl add cornflour, kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper,salt .

First mix the chickens then pour red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and dash of water.

After that keep marinated chicken pieces in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Now fry marinated chickens in medium high flame till cook both sides. 

After that drain excess oil from crispy fried chicken on kitchen tissue. 

Saute ginger-garlic,onion layers, green chilli and capsicum in medium flame for some time. 

Also pour red chili, soy sauce, vinger, water, then mix them for sometimes.

Now sprinkle salt,kashmiri red chili powder, sugar and  mix them in medium flame. 

After that pour cornstarch slurry in chilli gravy, simmer till thicken gravy.

Finally add fried chickens, tossed in medium flame. and serve chilli chicken hot with fried rice or noodles.
