Hot and sour soup recipe

 Boil water with salt, black pepper and vinegar.

Boil chicken pieces in water.

Shred boiled chickens and discard the bones from chicken pieces. 

Melt butter in a kadai then saute chopped ginger garlic. 

Saute chopped onions till translucent then cooked cabbage, capsicum, carrots, french beans, green chili.

Now pour chicken stock, black pepper, salt. cook veggies.

Add shredded chickens and mix it properly.

Pour chili,soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch slurry then garnish with spring onions before serving hot and sour soup.
