Italian  White Sauce  Pasta

Saute chopped carrots, capsicum, green peas in oil till crunchy.

1. Boil water with  pinch of salt and oil. 2. Cook penne pasta till al-dante..

Drain pasta in colander and transfer in a plate.

1. First melt butter in low flame.  2. Then saute garlic.

1. Pour maida and mix it properly without any lumps. 

1. Pour milk in batches and cook in medium to low flame.

Add red chili flake,salt, black pepper, mixed herbs.

Mix boil penne pasta in medium to low flame. 

1.Now mix fried veggies with white sauce pasta.

Finally garnish white sauce pasta with grated cheese and serve hot immediately.
