how to make besan ladoo
Before preparing besan ladoo pour 100 gram to 150 gram sugar in a blender to make powder sugar.
Also, make cardamom powder from cardamom pods.
Now in a non-stick pan pour melted ghee.
Add besan or gram flour in this ghee.
Now continuously stir this besan in ghee in low flame.
Initially, besan mixtures change its color from yellowish to light golden brown.
After roasting for 30 to 40 min in low flame, besan mixtures start releasing ghee from its side, also your kitchen is filled with a beautiful nutty aroma.
At this stage turn off the flame and cool down the mixture for some time.
When the mixture is cool a little bit, then add powder sugar, cardamom powder, and a few chopped dried fruits.
Now, mix everything with besan mixtures for another 2 to 3 min.
Next to make besan ladoo, grease your palm and pick a small amount of besan mixture.
Then rotate the besan mixture in between palm in round wise direction to make proper laddu shape.
Finally, our besan laddu recipe is ready, you can garnish with Chandi ka vark or silver foil and a few chopped dry fruits.
