  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons crushed Calabrian chili paste
  • 1 jar 16 oz roasted red peppers, drained and sliced

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano plus more for topping
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

Shape Dough:

  • On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the dough into a 10–12 inch circle. Transfer to a baking sheet.

Prepare Crust:

  • Lightly brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the outer edge with sesame seeds.

Layer Toppings:

  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over the base, then swirl in the Calabrian chili paste. Arrange sliced roasted red peppers on top, drizzle with fish sauce (if using), and sprinkle with oregano. Finish with mozzarella and provolone cheese.

Bake:

  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.

Finish & Serve:

  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with more oregano, and drizzle lightly with honey. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Dough Tip: Use store-bought or homemade pizza dough. Let it sit at room temp for 20 minutes before stretching.
Spice Level: Adjust chili paste to your heat preference.
