Marination for chicken manchurian
At first, marinate for chicken manchurian in a bowl add chicken keema, ginger garlic paste , red chili powder , salt , oil.
Also add soy sauce , red chili sauce , all purpose flour , cornstarch powder, egg white.
Finally mix everything together and set aside marination in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Frying chicken
Now to make crispy fried chicken , first make a slurry of maida and water. The consistency will be slightly thick.
Next in a separate bowl mix bread crumb or crushed cornflakes and maida.
Now deep manchurian ball in maida slurry then give a coat of maida and cornflakes mixture. Keep them on a plate for frying.
After that heat oil in a pan, when oil is hot add chicken manchurian balls one by one and fry both sides till get crispy and golden brown chicken
Now take out fried crispy chicken balls and drain excess oil in kitchen tissue.
How to make chicken manchurian
Now to make chicken manchurian gravy heat oil in a pan.
Next saute chopped ginger-garlic in medium flame until raw smell completely goes away.
Then cooked chopped onion and chopped green chili till translucent.
After that saute cube capsicum for sometime.
Next pour soy sauce, vinegar , red chili sauce , red chili powder , pinch of salt, sugar to balance the taste of manchurian sauce.
Now, pour dash of water , make a quick stir. Then simmer the manchurian sauce in medium to high flame for 5 min.
To get glossiness similar to restaurant style chicken manchur add cornstarch and water mixture.
Finally, mix fried chicken manchurian ball and gently mix in this spicy gravy for another 2 to 3 min in medium to low flame.
In the end, garnish this chicken manchurian with chopped spring onions sprinkles at the top.
