How to make chilli paneer
First, for preparing restaurant style chilli paneer recipe, In a small bowl add corn flour, maida, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, and sprinkle a little water.
Now, add a fresh paneer cube to the bowl and coat evenly.
After that, heat oil in a pan and gently fry coated
paneer cube in medium to low flame.
Now, frying up to 2 minutes flip them and fry another part
till it becomes slightly golden brown.
When both sides become slightly golden brown take out the fried paneer from the pan and drain off the excess oil in kitchen tissue.
Now, for preparing dry paneer chilli, in the same pan, heat oil and saute ginger garlic paste until it’s raw smell is gone.
Then, add a layer of the separated onion, square cutting capsicum, and green chilli and saute them in medium flame till the layer of the onion becomes slightly golden.
Furthermore, add chilli paneer sauce which is a mixture of vinegar, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and red chilli powder.
Now, pour the cornflower with water mixture into the pan and stir them very well at high temperatures.
Add salt as per requirement.
Now, to prepare chilli paneer to dry just cook till the chilli gravy sauce thickness.
If you want chilli paneer gravy then add a little water and proportionally increase the sauce and salt amount.
Next, add fried paneer to this chilli gravy mix them well, and left it for simmer 2-3 min for good flavour.
Finally, garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves and mix them well in this chilli paneer gravy.
