Preparation for dahi puri
At first, for preparing of dahi puri recipe peel and chop the boiled potatoes into small pieces.

Then blend them along with a tablespoon of sugar, black salt, white salt, 4 to 5 garlic piece, and a dash of water.

Green chutney
Now for, preparing green chutney for dahi puri in a blender pour fresh coriander leaves, pudina leaves, chopped onions, green chili, and a tbsp of chopped ginger-garlic.
Additionally blend them together along with a tsp of cumin powder, amchur powder ( dry mango powder ), a pinch of salt, and a dash of water.
Frying dahi pure
Now for frying crispy puri recipe in a large bowl pour maida or all-purpose flour sooji, black gram, and salt. soda, mix them together.
Then pour water in intervals and knead the dough until you get a non-sticky soft dough and rest for some time.
Next cut the dough into a circular shape and fried this puri one by one on a medium-high flame until it becomes crispy and golden brown from both sides.

Now, for immediately assembling dahi batata puri make a hole on top of these puris and place them on a serving plate and add chopped potatoes, tamarind chutney, green chutney, red chutney, chopped onions to it.
Also sprinkle chaat masala powder, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder in it.
Finally garnish with sweet dahi, a few tablespoons of sev and chopped coriander leaves from the top and serve immediately.
