Ingredients

Ingredients for egg bhurji

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 large size onion [ chopped ]
  • 1 large size tomato [ chopped ]
  • 1 medium size capsicum [ chopped ]
  • 2 french beans [ chopped ]
  • 3 green chili [ chopped ]
  • 8 to 10 fresh curry leaves
  • 3 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • At first for preparing anda bhurji recipe break eggs in a bowl.
  • Now sprinkle pinch of salt , turmeric powder. and beat the egg thoroughly with a whisker till get a frothy texture.

  • Then to make egg bhurji recipe heat oil in a pan then spread it evenly.
  • Next add cumin seed , fresh curry leaves saute them till curry leaves become crisp.
  • After some time saute chopped onion , green chillies till translucent.
  • Next add ginger garlic paste , saute them till raw smell disappear.
  • Furthermore add chopped tomatoes and cook sometimes in medium flame till tomatoes are mushy.
  • Now add chopped french beans , capsicum cook further 5 min till veggies are cooked well.
