Make homemade fruit and veggie fruit snacks with real ingredients! Kid-friendly, no refined sugar, and packed with nutrition.

Ingredients

For each batch (makes about 45 gummies):

  • 1 cup fruit fresh or thawed frozen
  • ¼ cup vegetable raw or steamed
  • ¼ cup juice choose a complementary flavor
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sweetener pure maple syrup or honey
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed beef gelatin

Flavor Combinations I Love

Strawberry Beet

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup cooked beets
  • cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin

Mango Carrot

  • 1 cup mango
  • ¼ cup raw or lightly steamed carrots
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin

Blueberry Zucchini

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup zucchini
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin

Grape Spinach

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin

Instructions

Blend the Base

  • In a blender, combine the fruit, vegetable, juice, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.

Heat the Mixture

  • Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm (do not boil).

Add the Gelatin

  • Once the mixture is warm, slowly whisk in the gelatin, one tablespoon at a time. Whisk continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.

Fill the Molds

  • Using a dropper (often included with silicone molds), fill each cavity with the mixture.

Chill

  • Refrigerate the molds for 1 hour, or until the gummies are firm to the touch.

Unmold & Store

  • Pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 8–9 days.
