Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • tbsp melted butter or plant butter/oil for vegan version

Instructions

Prep Brussels Sprouts:

  • Trim the stems and remove any discolored outer leaves. Slice each sprout in half lengthwise.

Season:

  • Place the Brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Drizzle with melted butter.
