how to make gobi manchurian
For making gobi manchurian,at first pour water in a deep pan for boil.
Now,add a pinch of salt,vinegar and make a quick stir.
Then,add cauliflower in this hot water to eliminate any harmful pesticides.
Next,cover the pan with lid and boil the gobi at least 2 to 3 min in medium to high flame.
After that,drain the excess water of boiled cauliflower in cotton towel.
Now for marinating gobi,in a bowl add corn flour,maida,black pepper,red chilli powder,salt and mix everything.
Furthermore,mix boiled cauliflower in bowl and marinated with rest of spices.
Next,pour oil in a deep kadai and fry marinated cauliflower in medium to low flame until golden brown.
Take out fried cauliflower and drain excess oil in kitchen tissue.
Now for making gobi manchurian sauce,heat oil in a pan and saute chopped ginger-garlic in medium flame until raw smell completely goes away.
Also saute spring onion,green chili in medium flame.
Next heat oil in a deep pan and add chopped ginger-garlic and saute in medium low flame until raw smell goes away.
Now pour,red chili sauce,soy sauce,vinegar adjust quantity as per your spiciness.
Additionally add sugar,kashmiri red chili powder for vibrant colour and salt to taste.
Finally mix fried cauliflower and gently mix in this spicy sauce for another 1 to 2 min in medium flame.
At the end,garnish the gobi manchurian with some chopped spring onions at the top.
