These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, delivering all the indulgence of a gourmet burger tucked inside a flaky, melt-in-your-mouth pastry shell. When you pull these out of the oven, the tops are shimmering with melted Parmesan and fresh herbs, promising a satisfying crunch before hitting that gooey, cheesy center.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube 16.3 oz refrigerated flaky layers biscuits
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain the grease well.
  • Stir garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the beef. Let it cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of beef and one cube of cheese in the center of each circle.
  • Gather the edges of the dough and pinch firmly to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the bombs.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
