Ingredients

Ingredients For Jeera Water

  • 4 tbsp cumin seed [ jeera ]
  • 2 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 tsp normal salt
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Sprite to fill the glass

  • To make homemade jeera water recipe first add a few tablespoons of cumin seed or jeera in a frying pan.
  • Then roast them in low flame for sometime.
  • At this stage you will get a beautiful aroma of roasted cumin and jeera changes its colour to slightly brown.
  • Then pour water to boil jeera.
  • Now cover the pan and boil the jeera water for at least 30 min.
  • Next cool this mixture and pour into a blender to make smooth jeera pani. 
  • Now in a glass add powder sugar , black pepper powder, normal salt and black salt.
  • Furthermore squeeze 1/2 piece lemon juice in the glass.
  • Also add 8 to 10 ice cube in a glass.
  • Now pour half glass of jeera water in it.
  • Then pour soda or sprite in it, you can also add plain cold water instead of soda or sprite.

Jeera Water Recipe Note

  1. If you use sprite don't need to add sugar because sprite has sugar in it.
  2. Use chilled water or sprite to fill the glass.
