  • Always use wooden or silicone spoons and spatulas instead of metal ones for making sauce and gravy right in the pan instead of metal ones.
  • Always cook in non-stick cookware on medium flame, because most of non-stick cookware is not usually designed to cook in very high heat.
  • While cleaning non-stick cookware only use a softer dishwasher with a sponge or plastic scrubber and only clean it by hand.
  • Never use cooking spray in your non-stick pans because cooking spray usually builds up sticky residue at the surface of your non-stick pan.
  • At the time of cleaning the coating may come off easily and your food will start sticking to the pan.
  • The best way to store non-stick pans and pots or other cookware in a stack, then place paper towels or napkins in between them to keep the bottom of one from scratching the surface of the other.
  • Otherwise, store your non-stick pans hanging with plenty of space in between them.
  • For a better lifespan of nonstick pans seasons them with just a teaspoon of oil in your pan and gently rub it by palm.
