Equipment

  • 1 medium size bowl
  • 1 non-stick frying pan

Materials

  • 300 grams Paneer Store bought or Homemade
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • Luke warm water
  • 5 to 6 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • How to keep paneer soft after frying
  • Place homemade paneer cube or store bought paneer cube in a plate.
  • Pour oil in a non-stick frying pan and spread it in medium low flame.
  • Then add paneer cubes and fry them until they turn golden brown from both sides.
  • When paneer becomes golden brown take them out and place on kitchen tissue.
  • Next take a bowl of luke warm water.
  • Sprinkle salt in it and mix it with spoon.
  • After that, add fried paneer in this salty warm water.
  • Now soak this fried paneer in this salty warm water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Finally, press the paneer pieces gently to remove excess water and serve with your favorite dish.

Notes

Soft Paneer Note

  1. While frying paneer make sure don't fry them more than 3 to 4 min , unless paneer becomes rubbery and chewy.
  2. If you want to deep fry paneer you can do it, it will require more oil approximately 500 ml.
