Equipment

  • 1 large flat knife
  • 1 metal jar
  • 1 microwave

  • 10 to 12 garlic clove
  • 1 muslin cloth
  • Hot water

  • How to peel garlic easily
  • If you want to peel garlic with water , first pour very hot water in a bowl then add garlic cloves in it.
  • After that soak them for at least 1 to 2 minutes, just like blanching methods , where the skin will steam and loosen easily. 
  • At this stage, garlic skins come off very easily without any hassle.
  • The second method is peel garlic with shake method for this press knife on top of garlic and break the head of garlic into individual cloves.
  • Then pour the cloves inside a metal bowl or jar . Top this bowl or jar with another similarly sized metal bowl and for jar cover with a lid.
