  • If you want to store ghee at room temperature try storing it in an airtight container and slide it into a cabinet which is cool and dark.
  • While storing ghee must use a clean and dry airtight container will ensure that it stays away from moisture usually don't use a wet spoon to take out the ghee.
  • For storing ghee in the refrigerator always use a freezer-safe air-tight container to store ghee longer time.
  • Just remember one thing don't put freezer ghee directly on the flame, always thaw the ghee for some time before using it.
  • If you want to store ghee in small amounts for daily use store them in a steel container.
  • But for storing a larger quantity of ghee you can safely use a glass container.
