  • 500 ml heavy fresh cream
  • 150 ml condensed
  • 500 grams mango
  • 5 to 6 cheery to decorate

Instructions

  • To make mango ice cream at home,at first cut the fresh mango pulp.
  • Then place it inside a blender.
  • Now blend them together to make smooth mango puree.
  • Next in a chilled bowl add chilled heavy cream.
  • Then using a electric hand mixture mix it until you get thick mixture and generates peak.
  • After that, pour chilled condensed milk in it,mix it with spatula.
  • Furthermore pour smooth mango pulp in it.
  • Now mix everything together.
  • Then pour this mango mixture in an airtight container.
  • Next, cover it and keep it in refrigerator for at least 7 hours until it set.
