  • 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves [ Pudina Leaves]
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp powder sugar [optional]
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • 1 liter chilled water to fill the glass [ Sprite ]

  • To make best masala shikanji recipe first add fresh mint leaves or pudina leaves in a glass.
  • Squeeze lemon juice in it.
  • After that sprinkle a teaspoons of salt , black pepper powder, coriander powder.
  • Next, add a few teaspoons of roasted cumin powder, black salt in it
  • Finally muddle them together with a spoon for 2 min such that fresh mint leaves generates mint flavor.
  • Now add 8 to 10 ice cubes in this glass.
  • Finally pour sprite to this glass.
