Ingredients

Ingredients for mayonnaise sandwich

  • 1 medium size chopped onions
  • 1 medium size grated carrots
  • 100 grams finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 medium size chopped capsicum
  • 3 tablespoon chopped green chili
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 10 slice white bread or whole grain bread
  • Butter as required

Instructions

  • Now for preparing stuffing for the mayonnaise sandwich in a large mixing bowl first add chopped onions, grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum and chopped green chili.
