how to make paneer tikka
At first marination for tandoori paneer tikka recipe in a large mixing bowl add thick curd or yogurt and whisk it properly such that no lumps forms on curd.
Next add kashmiri red chili powder , turmeric powder, Pinch of salt , coriander powder , garam masala powder , chat masala powder.
Also add mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, ajwan, and roasted besan for proper binding.

Fry the tikkas properly from one side until you get light brown color on paneer and veggies.
Rotate other side and cook the tikkas both side until it gets evenly cooked.
The third method is making paneer tikka in oven for this preheat the oven at 230 degree celcious or 450 degree farenhite for at least 15 min.
Place the tikka skewer on foil covered tray then brush oil on it to avoid drying while in oven.

Then place a red hot charcoal in a small bowl and place it in the middle of tikka.
